Check Brake Lights with the BLC to avoid fixed penalty fines

From the 28th May 2009 the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) has been issuing fixed penalty notices to LGV drivers found to have broken the law at roadside checks. VOSA has stated that over 11,000 fines have been imposed since they implemented this new scheme.
