Industry figures show that 14% of all Third Party accident claims are fraudulent and the \u2018Cash for Crash\u2019 phenomenon has been highlighted by the industry as a major concern over the last few years.<\/p>\n

Fraudulent claims are one of the biggest issues within the industry right now and Third Party claimants perceive HGVs and fleet vehicles as easy targets.<\/p>\n

However, the other 86 per cent of Third Party accident claims will cost considerably more and, if the value of each claim falls below the insurance policy excess, the settlement is paid out of the operator\u2019s pocket. This cost can be reduced if the accidents are investigated and managed pro-actively and effectively.<\/p>\n

Using data and video footage from the system, aide automotive can offer in depth Forensic analysis and the preparation of comprehensive reports, to assist in defending driving offences or disputed collision details. This is via our own Expert Witness in this field and would include court appearances if required.
