Diesel has been stolen from more than a dozen trucks at a firm in Shropshire. About 17 lorries were targeted in a locked compound at West Pennine Trucks on the Mile Oak Industrial Estate in Oswestry, police believe. It is thought offenders were disturbed as they tried to take fuel from the last truck as equipment and fuel tanks were found abandoned at the scene. It is not known how much fuel was taken in the incident.
